What we stock
- White 11oz Orca mugs, box of 36. AAA grade ORCA coating 30μm thick, with ORCA on the base. Independently certified by SGS as dishwasher-proof, microwave-safe and food-safe. Supplied in cartons of 36 without individual gift boxes.
- Coloured inner and handle mugs. A white glossy body with a coloured inner and matching large US-style handle, AAA grade Orca coated, dishwasher and microwave safe. 12 colours: black, light blue, baby blue, navy blue, red, maroon, pink, purple, orange, yellow, green and grey. - 11oz polymer unbreakable mug. A lightweight gloss polymer mug, about 11.8 x 8.1 x 9.3cm. BPA-free, lead-free, microwave safe and passed migration tests.
- Smash-proof mug boxes. White flat-packed boxes for 10oz and 11oz mugs that close without tape or glue and weigh about 100g. Sold singly or in 50s.
- Mug size sublimation paper. 210 x 99mm sheets in packs of 100, cut to fit an 11oz mug without trimming.

The polymer mugs need a metal heating insert in the press so they keep their shape. On ceramic mugs, too much heat or time can lift the ink, turning blacks brown and making the paper stick to the mug. Make sure the printed paper is completely dry before pressing, and set the mug press to close firmly without excessive force.

FAQs
Can I sublimate onto any ceramic mug?
No. Sublimation needs a polymer coating to bond with. A standard kitchen mug has no coating and will not take the ink.
Do I need to mirror the design?
Yes. The printed side of the paper is wrapped against the mug, so the design transfers as a mirror image. Mirror it before printing or text will read backwards.
How big is the print area on an 11oz mug?
About 240 x 95mm for a full wrap.
Are the mugs dishwasher safe?
The Orca coated white and coloured mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. The polymer mug is microwave safe.
