Why the shirts are 100% polyester

Sublimation ink needs a high polyester content to bond with the fabric. On cotton or cotton blends the print dulls and fades, so these shirts are made entirely from polyester. Each one has a ribbed collar and cuffs, with a double-stitched hem and sleeves. The white shirts take a single large image, several small designs or an all-over print.

Press settings

All the t-shirts and the crop top are pressed at 180°C for 120 seconds at normal pressure. Our guide on avoiding press marks on fabric helps with garment pressing.

FAQs

Can I sublimate a cotton t-shirt?

Not with good results, because the ink bonds with polyester rather than cotton. See can I use cotton clothing for sublimation printing.
